All over the world, connoisseurs appreciate the beauty and conciseness of ancient Japanese haiku and tanka poetry. The masters of this genre managed to say a lot in three (haiku) and five (tanka) non-rhyming lines. Here are the short pieces by Richard Bliwas, I would call a kind of electronic haiku and tanka, capable of delivering a lot of pleasure to fans of avant-garde improvised music.
